First Time is a Charm

So this is my first blog post ever.  I'm not sure how this is going to go, but in the end I hope this can be a form of therapy and a way to share with others my life here in Missouri.

The new house has been a major part of my life right now.  From searching on Amazon to buying things on Craigslist, the hunt for home items has been eventful.  I have been trying to figure out this new feature Lowes has called MyLowes.  Not really sure how this works but I'm hoping I can start planning how I want to re-do the 2 bathrooms.

I am currently obsessing over this "desk", which I would convert into a vanity table for the bedrom.

I had a workshop at work last Thursday and the trainer suggested that we all spend 30-60 each day on something new or something that interests us.  I most likely won't blog every day, but I'm hoping that this can be an escape for me to get my thoughts out.

Updates on the home improvements, new recipe dishes and my home creations will be a major focus I will be highlighting in this blog.
